Fertile Crescent Technologies LLC, doing business as 37 Cubed ("37 Cubed," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use the 37 Cubed website, web application, mobile applications, software, features, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

37 Cubed is a cloud-based artificial intelligence platform that helps individuals and businesses with writing, research, coding, analysis, review, document work, creative tasks, and coordinated AI workflows. Because the Services process information that you submit to artificial intelligence systems, you should read this Policy carefully before using the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services.

1. WHO WE ARE AND SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

The controller or business responsible for the personal information described in this Policy is:

Fertile Crescent Technologies LLCDoing business as 37 Cubed3225 McLeod Drive, Suite 100Las Vegas, Nevada 89121United StatesWebsite: https://37cubed.aiEmail: support@37cubed.ai

This Policy applies to personal information that we process in connection with the Services. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, products, or services that we do not control, even if they are linked from or integrated with 37 Cubed. Those third parties have their own privacy practices.

If you use 37 Cubed on behalf of a company, school, nonprofit, government agency, or other organization, that organization may separately control information associated with its account. In that situation, the organization’s agreement and instructions may also apply.

2. SUMMARY OF OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES

We collect account information, content you submit, technical information, usage information, and limited billing information. We use this information to provide the Services, authenticate users, process AI requests, save conversations, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, communicate with users, comply with law, and improve reliability.

We do not use customer prompts, uploaded files, conversations, or AI-generated responses to train 37 Cubed’s own artificial intelligence models. We do not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers; payment information is processed by Stripe or, where applicable, an app-store payment provider.

To generate responses, relevant content must be transmitted to the AI provider that processes the request. Provider handling, retention, and security practices may differ depending on the model, endpoint, and provider selected.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Account and Profile Information

When you create or use an account, we may collect:

  • Your email address;
  • Your display name, profile name, or profile image;
  • Authentication identifiers and account identifiers;
  • Login method, such as email, Google, or Apple;
  • Account creation date, last sign-in time, and account status;
  • Subscription plan, access level, entitlements, and account preferences;
  • Communication and notification preferences; and
  • Any other information you choose to add to your account.

If you use a third-party sign-in provider, such as Google or Apple, that provider may send us information permitted by your settings and the authorization screen, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a provider-specific identifier.

3.2 User Content

We collect and process information that you choose to submit to the Services, including:

  • Prompts, instructions, questions, messages, and conversation history;
  • AI-generated responses and revisions;
  • Review questions, model preferences, workflow selections, and Mix configurations;
  • Code, text, documents, spreadsheets, images, screenshots, and other uploaded materials;
  • Files and attachments, including associated filenames, formats, sizes, and processing status;
  • URLs that you submit and webpage content retrieved through webpage-capture features;
  • Projects, conversation titles, saved work, and related metadata;
  • Feedback, ratings, comments, and support information; and
  • Any personal, confidential, or sensitive information that you voluntarily include in your content.

You control what you submit. Please do not submit information that you do not have the right to use or disclose.

3.3 AI Request and Usage Information

To operate a multi-model AI service and enforce plan limits, we may collect and generate usage information such as:

  • The model, provider, feature, and workflow used;
  • Request and response timestamps;
  • Input, output, cached, and reasoning-token counts where reported;
  • Conversation, request, workflow, and provider identifiers;
  • Request status, success, failure, timeout, retry, cancellation, or interruption data;
  • Latency, time to first response, and processing duration;
  • Attachment or webpage-processing status;
  • Usage reservations, settlements, refunds, and plan-window information;
  • Internal usage charged and remaining allowance;
  • Provider-reported or estimated service cost;
  • Subscription tier and feature entitlement used; and
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-detection signals.

These records help us enforce usage limits, calculate costs, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and understand whether plans are sustainable. Ordinary internal usage analytics are designed to focus on metadata and service economics rather than exposing raw prompt content by default. We may review content when reasonably necessary to respond to a support request, investigate suspected abuse, protect users, enforce our agreements, or comply with law.

3.4 Billing and Transaction Information

When you purchase a subscription or access pass, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. We generally do not receive or store your complete payment card number, bank account number, or card security code.

We may receive and store limited billing information, including:

  • Stripe or app-store customer identifiers;
  • Checkout-session, subscription, invoice, and transaction identifiers;
  • Plan name, billing cadence, amount, currency, and tax information;
  • Subscription status, renewal date, cancellation status, and billing period;
  • Whether a payment succeeded, failed, was refunded, disputed, or charged back;
  • Payment method type and limited masked details if made available by the provider;
  • Billing country, postal code, or tax location information;
  • Customer-portal activity; and
  • Records required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, legal compliance, and dispute resolution.

3.5 Device, Network, and Log Information

When you access the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Internet Protocol address;
  • Browser type and version;
  • Operating system and device type;
  • App version, device settings, language, and time zone;
  • Referring and exit pages;
  • Date, time, and duration of activity;
  • Pages, screens, buttons, and features used;
  • Crash, error, diagnostic, and performance information;
  • Authentication, security, and audit logs;
  • Approximate location inferred from IP address, such as country, region, or city; and
  • Cookie, local-storage, session-storage, or similar browser identifiers used for authentication, preferences, security, and purchase-intent continuity.

We do not collect precise geolocation unless a feature clearly requests it and you choose to permit it.

3.6 Website Analytics

We currently use privacy-focused website analytics to understand aggregate traffic and product usage. Analytics information may include page views, referrer, general geographic area, browser, operating system, device type, and event timestamps.

At launch, we do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral advertising trackers. We may use essential cookies and browser storage for login, security, preferences, and core functionality.

3.7 Communications and Support

If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, message, attachments, support history, and information needed to investigate and respond. We may also record administrative actions taken to resolve account, billing, security, or technical issues.

3.8 Mobile Application Information

If you use a 37 Cubed mobile application, we may process mobile-device identifiers, app-installation identifiers, push-notification tokens, device permissions, crash information, and app usage. If you choose to upload a photo, image, or file, the app may request access to your camera, photo library, or device storage solely to complete the action you requested.

You can manage device permissions through your operating-system settings.

4. SOURCES OF INFORMATION

We obtain personal information from:

  • You, when you create an account, submit content, make a purchase, configure preferences, or contact us;
  • Your device and browser, through logs, essential storage, analytics, and security tools;
  • Authentication providers, such as Google or Apple, when you choose their sign-in services;
  • Payment providers, such as Stripe, and app stores;
  • AI model and routing providers, which return responses and usage metadata;
  • Hosting, infrastructure, security, and analytics providers;
  • Publicly available webpages when you direct our webpage-capture feature to retrieve them; and
  • Other users or organizations, when they lawfully provide information associated with your use of the Services.

5. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1 Provide and Operate the Services

  • Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts;
  • Process prompts, files, images, webpages, and workflows;
  • Generate and deliver AI responses;
  • Save and synchronize conversations, projects, and preferences;
  • Route requests to the model or provider selected by you or recommended by the Services;
  • Process subscriptions, access passes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds;
  • Enforce plan limits, feature access, and usage allowances;
  • Provide customer support; and
  • Maintain functionality across web and mobile products.

5.2 Maintain Safety, Security, and Integrity

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious activity, or violations of our Terms;
  • Authenticate requests and prevent cross-account access;
  • Monitor reliability, errors, provider outages, and suspicious usage;
  • Protect our users, employees, service providers, systems, rights, and property;
  • Maintain audit trails and investigate security incidents; and
  • Comply with legal requests and regulatory obligations.

5.3 Improve and Administer the Services

  • Diagnose failures and improve speed, reliability, accessibility, and user experience;
  • Understand feature adoption and aggregate usage patterns;
  • Compare estimated and actual service cost;
  • Evaluate plan limits, pricing sustainability, and provider performance;
  • Develop new features and improve existing features;
  • Conduct internal testing, quality assurance, and research using aggregated or de-identified information; and
  • Measure website and application performance.

We do not use your prompts, uploaded content, conversations, or outputs to train 37 Cubed’s own AI models.

5.4 Communicate With You

  • Send account, security, billing, subscription, and service notices;
  • Respond to questions, support requests, and privacy requests;
  • Notify you of material changes to the Services, Terms, or this Policy;
  • Send optional product updates or marketing communications where permitted; and
  • Request feedback or provide information about features.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using the unsubscribe method in the message or contacting us. You may still receive transactional and security communications.

5.5 Comply With Law and Enforce Agreements

We may use information to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, privacy, payment, court, law-enforcement, and regulatory requirements; enforce our Terms and other agreements; establish or defend legal claims; and respond to lawful requests.

6. AI PROCESSING AND THIRD-PARTY MODEL PROVIDERS

6.1 Processing of User Content

37 Cubed coordinates third-party artificial intelligence models. To provide a response, we transmit the content reasonably necessary for the selected task to the applicable AI model provider or routing provider. This may include prompts, previous conversation context, uploaded content, images, captured webpage content, instructions, and related metadata.

Depending on the workflow, content may be processed by more than one model, such as when one model drafts a response and another reviews or compares it.

6.2 No Training by 37 Cubed

37 Cubed does not use customer prompts, uploaded files, conversations, or AI-generated responses to train its own artificial intelligence models.

We do not intentionally opt in to third-party programs that use API customer content to train general-purpose models. However, each AI provider controls its own infrastructure and may process or temporarily retain content for service delivery, safety, abuse monitoring, legal compliance, or other purposes described in its terms and privacy documentation. Provider policies may vary by model, endpoint, region, routing path, and account configuration.

6.3 AI Providers and Routing Services

AI-related service providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Moonshot AI or Kimi, and other providers made available through the Services. The available provider list may change as models are added, replaced, retired, or routed differently.

We may configure provider settings intended to reduce retention or prevent training where available. We cannot guarantee that every provider has identical retention periods, security controls, or legal terms.

6.4 User Responsibility for Submitted Content

Do not submit highly sensitive information unless it is necessary, lawful, and appropriate for processing by an AI service. You should not submit:

  • Passwords, private keys, authentication secrets, or security credentials;
  • Complete payment-card or bank-account information;
  • Social Security numbers or similar government identifiers;
  • Protected health information that requires a HIPAA-compliant service;
  • Confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose;
  • Information subject to professional secrecy, export controls, or special legal restrictions; or
  • Personal information about another person without a lawful basis.

AI responses may reproduce, transform, infer from, or reflect the information submitted. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

7. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction that requires a legal basis, we rely on the following bases as applicable:

Performance of a Contract. We process account information, user content, billing information, and usage information to provide the Services you request, authenticate your account, process purchases, enforce plan limits, and deliver AI responses.

Legitimate Interests. We process information to secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, understand aggregate usage, operate our business, protect legal rights, and communicate about the Services. We balance these interests against your rights and expectations.

Consent. We rely on consent for optional marketing, optional device permissions, certain non-essential cookies or analytics where required, and other processing that is clearly presented as optional. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Legal Obligation. We process information when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, payment, consumer-protection, law-enforcement, court, regulatory, and other legal requirements.

Protection of Vital Interests or Public Interest. In rare circumstances, we may process information to protect someone’s life or safety or perform a task required in the public interest.

8. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients.

8.1 Service Providers

We use vendors that provide services such as:

  • AI model access and routing;
  • Authentication, databases, file storage, cloud functions, and hosting;
  • Website hosting, content delivery, analytics, and performance monitoring;
  • Payment processing, billing, tax, fraud prevention, and customer portals;
  • Email, communications, and customer support;
  • Security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and incident response; and
  • Legal, accounting, insurance, and professional services.

These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise described in their own terms.

Key providers may include Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Moonshot AI or Kimi, Apple, Google Play, and related infrastructure providers.

8.2 At Your Direction

We disclose information when you direct us to do so, such as when you choose a model, upload content for processing, connect a third-party service, share an output, or authorize an integration.

8.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed to advisers, counterparties, and successors, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

8.4 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement Purposes

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
  • Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of 37 Cubed, users, service providers, or the public;
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of our agreements;
  • Enforce our Terms or other agreements; or
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

8.5 Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may disclose information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not reasonably identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by law, such as to test whether de-identification is effective.

8.6 No Sale or Behavioral Advertising

We do not currently sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. We do not use third-party advertising networks in the Services at launch.

If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices before the change applies.

9. COOKIES, BROWSER STORAGE, ANALYTICS, AND TRACKING

We use essential cookies and similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, to support authentication, security, preferences, navigation, and purchase-intent continuity.

We may use privacy-focused analytics to measure page views, referrers, device type, browser type, approximate region, and aggregate feature activity. At launch, we do not use advertising cookies to track you across unrelated websites.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, saved preferences, checkout continuity, or other features from working.

Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for behavioral advertising, an opt-out signal should not change our current advertising practices. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any future sale or qualifying sharing associated with that browser.

Third-party websites or services linked from 37 Cubed may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. We do not control their practices.

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, and audit requirements.

Our retention criteria include the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose of processing, the length of your relationship with us, security and fraud risks, legal obligations, and whether the information can be aggregated or de-identified.

Typical retention practices include:

Account Information. Retained while your account is active and generally removed from active systems within 30 days after a verified deletion request, subject to exceptions.

Conversations and User Content. Retained until you delete the content, close your account, or request deletion, unless a shorter period is stated in the product or retention is needed for security, legal, or dispute purposes.

Uploaded Files and Captured Webpages. Retained as needed to process and provide the requested feature and, where saved to your account, until you remove them or delete your account. Temporary processing copies may be removed sooner.

Usage, Billing, and Audit Records. Usage ledgers, subscription records, provider-cost records, transaction records, and audit events may be retained longer than conversation content because they are needed for billing, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. These records are designed to rely primarily on metadata rather than raw prompt content.

Payment Records. Retained as required for tax, accounting, chargeback, anti-fraud, and legal purposes. Stripe and other payment providers retain payment data under their own policies.

Security and Diagnostic Logs. Retained for a period reasonably necessary to detect abuse, investigate incidents, troubleshoot failures, and protect the Services, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified when feasible.

Support Communications. Retained as needed to resolve the issue, maintain a support history, and protect legal rights.

Backups. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until routine backup rotation. Backup copies are not used for ordinary business purposes and may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for security recovery.

We may retain information longer if required by law, a legal hold, a payment dispute, fraud investigation, or an active security matter. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information without a fixed limit.

11. SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Depending on the information and system, safeguards may include:

  • Encryption in transit;
  • Authentication and access controls;
  • Server-side authorization and account isolation;
  • Restricted administrative access;
  • Secret management for credentials and payment keys;
  • Logging, monitoring, and incident investigation;
  • Input validation and file-processing controls;
  • Provider and model routing controls;
  • Secure payment processing through Stripe or app stores;
  • Testing and code review; and
  • Backup and recovery measures.

No method of transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, using a secure device, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

12. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

37 Cubed is operated from the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Where required by applicable law, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms or safeguards, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, data-processing agreements, or other lawful methods. The specific processing location may depend on the AI model, cloud region, routing provider, payment provider, and feature used.

By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable legal protections.

13. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access personal information we hold about you;
  • Receive information about how we collect, use, and disclose information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information;
  • Receive a portable copy of certain information;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Opt out of the sale or qualifying sharing of personal information;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • Appeal a refusal to act on a privacy request;
  • Lodge a complaint with a regulator; and
  • Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

13.1 Exercising Your Rights

You may update certain account information through Settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or other privacy rights by:

  • Emailing support@37cubed.ai;
  • Using an in-app privacy or account-deletion control, where available; or
  • Visiting https://37cubed.ai/delete-account.

Please identify the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your account. We may ask you to confirm control of your email address, authenticate into your account, or provide other reasonable verification.

We will use information submitted for verification only to process and document the request. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny or limit it as permitted by law.

You may use an authorized agent where allowed by law. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity verification.

13.2 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your 37 Cubed account and associated personal information. We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Deletion may include account profile information, conversations, saved projects, uploaded files, and other user content under our control. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, payment disputes, security, legal obligations, or enforcement of agreements.

Deleting your 37 Cubed account does not automatically cancel a subscription unless the deletion flow expressly confirms cancellation. To prevent future charges, cancel your subscription through Settings > Billing or the Stripe Customer Portal before deleting your account.

13.3 Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Transactional, billing, legal, and security messages are not optional while you maintain an account or active transaction.

13.4 Device and App Choices

You may manage camera, photo-library, storage, notification, and other permissions through device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

14. ADDITIONAL U.S. STATE PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

This section supplements the remainder of the Policy for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, to the extent those laws apply to 37 Cubed.

14.1 Categories of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories:

Identifiers. Email address, name, profile information, IP address, account ID, device or authentication identifiers.

Customer Records. Contact information, account information, and subscription information.

Commercial Information. Plans considered or purchased, subscription status, transaction history, access-pass purchases, refund or dispute information.

Internet or Electronic Activity. App and website activity, pages viewed, interactions, browser information, device information, logs, diagnostics, and security events.

Approximate Geolocation. General location inferred from IP address, such as country, region, or city.

Audio, Visual, or Similar Information. Images, screenshots, or media that you choose to upload.

Professional or Employment Information. Information you voluntarily include in prompts, files, profiles, or support requests.

Education Information. Information you voluntarily include in prompts, files, or support requests.

Inferences. Limited inferences about plan usage, feature preferences, service risk, or likely support needs based on service activity. We do not use these inferences to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Sensitive Personal Information. We do not require Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health records, biometric identifiers, or account passwords for other services. However, free-form user content may contain sensitive information if you voluntarily submit it. We use voluntarily submitted sensitive content only to provide the requested service, maintain security, comply with law, or as otherwise directed by you.

14.2 Sources, Purposes, and Disclosures

We collect these categories from you, your device, authentication providers, payment providers, AI providers, infrastructure providers, and publicly available webpages that you direct us to capture.

We use them for the business and commercial purposes described in Section 5.

We may disclose these categories for business purposes to service providers, AI providers, payment providers, cloud and hosting providers, security providers, professional advisers, and other parties described in Section 8.

14.3 Sale and Sharing

We have not sold personal information for monetary consideration during the preceding 12 months. We have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising during the preceding 12 months.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

14.4 California Residents

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment.

Because we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not provide a separate “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at launch. You may still send an opt-out request to support@37cubed.ai, and we will record and honor it if our practices change or if required by law.

14.5 Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make a sale of covered information under applicable Nevada law. We do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Requests may be sent to support@37cubed.ai.

14.6 Appeals

Where applicable state law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal our decision by replying to the response or emailing support@37cubed.ai with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

15. EEA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND SWITZERLAND RIGHTS

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the processing is needed for legal claims.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

37 Cubed does not use solely automated processing of personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users.

16. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Services are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services, to use 37 Cubed. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without legally valid parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information may contact support@37cubed.ai.

17. SENSITIVE, REGULATED, AND HIGH-RISK INFORMATION

37 Cubed is a general-purpose AI service. It is not designed as:

  • A HIPAA-compliant medical-record system;
  • A bank, money transmitter, or financial-account custodian;
  • A legal document vault;
  • A repository for government-classified or export-controlled information;
  • An emergency service; or
  • A system for making employment, credit, housing, insurance, medical, legal, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review.

Do not use 37 Cubed to store or process regulated information unless you have confirmed that the feature, provider, contract, and safeguards are appropriate for that information.

18. THIRD-PARTY LINKS, INTEGRATIONS, AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or allow content from third-party sources to be processed. We do not control third-party privacy practices, security, accuracy, or availability.

When you leave 37 Cubed, sign in through another provider, use Stripe’s checkout or customer portal, or interact with an external service, that third party’s terms and privacy policy may apply.

19. AUTOMATED SYSTEMS AND AI OUTPUTS

The Services use automated systems to route requests, enforce limits, generate AI outputs, detect errors, and protect security. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

37 Cubed does not make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You should use qualified human review before relying on AI output for medical, legal, financial, employment, educational, safety, or other high-impact purposes.

20. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, providers, laws, security practices, or business operations.

We will post the revised Policy at https://37cubed.ai/privacy and update the “Last Updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method before the change takes effect where required.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of an updated Policy means the updated Policy applies to future use, subject to applicable law.
